Halley’s conductors are thin copper ribbons that have a specified direction before being assembled in insulation. They are carefully threaded through layers of compressed tapes and tunnels made of braided cotton. The entire assembly is enclosed in an additional external black aesthetic braid.

On both ends of the cable, there are splitters that enclose additional noise-rejecting shields.

The cables are made in standard lengths of 2.0m and 2.5m, but Halley can be custom ordered up to 8 meters in length. Cables are durable and can withstand being stepped on. Due to their flat profile (only 3mm thick), they can be laid under carpets.

The cables are terminated with BFA (hollow banana) plugs made of telluric copper and plated with a layer of gold. These plugs were selected among many other options for their sound properties. Spade versions can be ordered on request.
 
Halley is entirely handcrafted with great care to avoid introducing unnecessary tension or excess heat during its assembly. It is recommended to burn in and allow the cable to settle in the system for approximately the first 100 hours of use.
