Refund policy
In the case of malfunction, all products are supported by a manufacturer's warranty. Please consult the product owner's manual received with your order or contact us for more information using the details below.
CHANGE OF MIND
Goods In-Stock
If you have changed your mind after the product has been shipped to you and wish to return it, you may do so for up to seven (7) days after the invoice date, provided the product is un-opened and the packaging remains in the original state. The cost of shipping the product back to us will be payable by you, and an additional 15% of the invoice cost will be deducted from your refund to cover the restocking fee.
Special Order Goods (Not In-Stock)
We offer no "change of mind" return option on goods that are ordered in for a specific purpose or requirement. In extreme circumstances, this may be considered by management on a case-by-case basis.
In both instances above, in the event of a request to return any product, we request this is conveyed to us in written form (email for example) for review.
FAULTY ITEM
In the event a product purchased from us is determined to be faulty and still covered by the warranty period, we will require you to provide us with invoice details. If a return authorisation is provided, you will be required to re-pack the product in its original shipping container/packaging and return it to us.
You will be responsible for covering shipping costs of returning your item to us. In the event of repair/replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced item back to you. If the product is deemed to have no fault found, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs back to you.
Goods returned under the guise of "malfunction", will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.
D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) period is seven (7) days from dispatch date.
