PrimaLuna have taken their extremely well regarded line-up and outdone themselves with the new EVOLUTION range.

These modern tube amplifiers have the magical warmth and depth of tubes with modern world technologies applied to make them relatively fuss free without impacting sound. The Prima Luna range is all expertly designed and manufactured to a level that seems impossible for their price.... more importantly the sound has the sublime sound of tubes coupled to a neutral, airy top end without the roll off of many others.

The EVO 400 integrated shares several upgrades that step it up a notch over the EVO 200 and EVO 100 and with twice the output tubes it has the most power of any of the integrated Tube amplifiers in the PrimaLuna range.

Swiss Made Wiring

EVO 400 & EVO 300 models use Swiss-made, silver-plated, oxygen-free continuous crystal (OCC) copper with a Teflon dielectric in the critical signal path for superior signal speed and increased clarity.

Takman Resistors

If you bought a lesser amplifier, you would pay hundreds to make this upgrade. Easy to identify through their pink color, these premium resistors from Japan are popular with those who rebuild and upgrade their gear. "Modders" love TAKMAN for their low noise, linearity, and musicality.

DuRoch Tinfoil Capacitors

Premium tinfoil capacitors made to PrimaLuna specifications are used in the critical signal paths. These are very expensive but the sonic results speak for themselves.
