Marantz PM-6003

Replacing the award-winning PM6002, the new PM6003 has received more than just a face-lift - the sound has been further refined and special attention placed on optimising the balance from bass to mid to highs for a completely harmonious performance. The shielded toroidal transformer, now in a lower impedance casing, has been matched to new main capacitors and a new type of power transistor, one capable of handling higher current and keeping better control over the loudspeaker.

More powerful transistors are mounted on an extruded aluminium heat sink, reducing resonances which could influence the audio signal.

This has resulted in a tighter bass, clearer stereo image and a wider sound stage. The new Marantz PM6003 - be amazed!
