Speakers:
The HT1 system from PSB is our entry point in Home Theatre systems. Comprising two pair of Alpha LR1 bookshelf speakers, one Alpha CLR1 centre speaker, and the SubZero 1 powered subwoofer, the Alpha HT1 system takes your expectations of 'satellite' speaker systems, and destroys them. From the deep, clean and full bass from the subwoofer, to the incredible imaging and high frequency clarity that makes the LR1 such a standout in its class, the HT1 is a unique product - a compact solution that doesnt compromise on sound.
Amplifier:
This is the new kid on the street for Denon's entry point product. It retains that sought after sound quality that is a by product of the ranges intrinsically decent output stage design but now also includes DTS HD and such in it's decoding reportoire. "Sound and Image" magazine have reviewed this amp against its Australian market place competitors. It went on to win the award as being the best available surround receiver under $1000.
Bluray Player:
The Sony BDP-S360 is a high-end Blu-Ray player designed to provide a more enhanced high-definition experience. The BDP-S360 features full 1080p video output of Blu-Ray discs, DVD's, Audio CD's and AVCHD format discs. The S360 player also features standard DVD upconversion through HDMI to enhance the quality of older DVD movies for viewing on an HDTV. BD Live technology supports ensures media content will always be up to date and allows users the chance to browse bonus and additional content which can be download to a USB media drive. The Sony BDP-S360 also includes full HD audio support through 7.1 Dolby TrueHD and dts-HD internal audio decoding; the output is sent via HDMI.
